This makes SO MUCH SENSE NOW. Months ago while walking down Washington Avenue in downtown Minneapolis on my way home from the bar I saw a DeLorean. Not just any DeLorean, this thing had a flux capacitor and the cool exhaust deals on the back and all those good Back to the Future details. I thought someone had just slipped something in my drink or someone had made a good replica, but I guess it was the real deal.Uncle Rico’s Van Arrives in Minneapolis
Yes, THE Van from Napoleon Dynamite was recently purchased by a Minneapolite and it now resides “somewhere in Lake Calhoun area.” The lucky owner is Mark Shields, (aka Super Genius), who added the vehicle to his ever expanding collection of famous movie cars (Mark owns a Batmobile, Back to the Future DeLorean as well as a brand new Bumblebee).
